Tip 4 – Playing suiting and relaxing music like classical songs and such may help you relax and relieve any anxiety. Remember relaxing is the key to a quality sleep. Just make sure that you keep the volume to a decent level or you may end up being bothered by it instead of sleeping.

Tip 5 – Counting sheep may or may not be effective depending on a person, the reason behind why some people fell asleep in doing so is because the tasks is repetitive, boring and simple.
